10. Romaine lettuce, chopped - 2 heads
11. Tomatoes, cut into wedges - 2 large
12. Cucumber, cut into matchsticks - 1 large
13. Red onion, sliced - 1
14. Black olives - 1 cup
15. Feta cheese, crumbled - ½ pound
