3. Red bell pepper, diced ½ cup
4. Cloves garlic, minced 2 cloves
5. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled ¼ cup
6. Cream cheese, softened 4 ounces
7. Heavy cream ¼ cup
8. Milk ¼ cup
9. Diced tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
10. Tomato juice 1 ½ cups
11. Dried basil 2 teaspoons
12. White sugar 1 teaspoon
13. Ground white pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, pepper, and garlic; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Add the cheeses, cream, and milk; heat mixture until cheeses melt and the mixture is simmering.
