7. Chopped celery - ¾ cup
8. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped fresh mushrooms - 1 ½ cups
10. Whole peeled tomatoes with liquid, chopped - 1 (28 ounce) can
11. Kidney beans with liquid - 1 (19 ounce) can
12. Whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 (11 ounce) can
13. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
14. Dried oregano - 1 ½ teaspoons
15. Dried basil - 1 ½ teaspoons

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic in hot oil until tender. Add bell peppers, celery, and chili powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 6 minutes.
