1. Portobello mushroom caps - 6
2. Red bell peppers, cored and quartered - 4
3. Red onion, thickly sliced - 1
4. Olive oil - ½ cup
5. Limes, juiced - 2
6. Grill seasoning - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - 1 pinch
9. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
10. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and cubed - 1
11. Crumbled goat cheese - ½ cup
12. Salt to taste - ½ cup
13. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ cup
14. Finely chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Great Grilled Smoky Vegetables with Avocado and Goat Cheese Crumbles

1. Stage

Place mushrooms, red bell peppers, and red onion in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, grill seasoning, garlic, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; pour over vegetables. Toss to coat and allow vegetables to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
