1. Stage
We make the dough. In sour milk we put baking soda, add sugar and salt. Mix everything.

Stir in the flour a spoonful at a time. The dough is not very thick. Add sunflower oil. Finely chop onion and put it in the batter. Stir it.
3. Stage
We take a mold. I have a non-stick pizza mold. I do not grease it. You can do on a small baking tray, pre-lubricate it with oil. We lay out the dough, distribute and with a knife I kind of cut it into squares, without cutting it. I sprinkle on top of the provincial herbs, you can dill from the garden, if you do not find any spices.
4. Stage
Put in the oven preheated to t-190 C for 15 minutes. Refer to your oven. It's ready. Let cool.
