Ingredients for - Mexican Chicken Soup

1. Vegetable cooking spray -
2. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half -
3. 1 large red or green pepper -
4. 2 tsp. chili powder -
5. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
6. 4 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth -
7. 1 package frozen whole kernel corn -
8. 1 c. cooked rice -
9. 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves or parsley -
10. 5 Lime wedges -

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Chicken Soup

1. Stage

Spray a 4-quart saucepan with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.

2. Stage

Stir the broth, corn and rice in the saucepan and heat to a boil.
