Ingredients for - Mixed Vegetable Casserole

1. Mixed vegetables, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
2. Onion, diced - 1 small
3. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
5. Shredded white Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
6. Buttery round crackers, crushed - 36

How to cook deliciously - Mixed Vegetable Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a medium bowl combine the mixed vegetables, onion, soup, mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well and spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the cracker crumbs.

Bake about 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
