Ingredients for - Naan

1. Active dry yeast - 1 (.25 ounce) package
2. Warm water - 1 cup
3. White sugar - ¼ cup
4. Milk - 3 tablespoons
5. Egg, beaten - 1 large
6. Salt - 2 teaspoons
7. Bread flour - 4 ½ cups
8. Minced garlic (Optional) - 2 teaspoons
9. Butter, melted - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Naan

1. Stage

Punch down dough on a lightly floured surface, and knead in garlic. Pinch off small handfuls of dough about the size of a golf ball; you should have about 14. Meanwhile, preheat a large grill pan over high heat.

Brush some melted butter on the preheated grill pan. Place a few pieces of dough in the pan (as many as you can fit) and cook until puffy and lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
