Ingredients for - Oat sticks

1. Cereals - 1 Art.
2. Flour - 1/2 Art.
3. Butter - 4 tbsp
4. Dutch cheese - 50 gram
5. Milk - 4 tbsp
6. Salt - taste
7. Black pepper - taste
8. Vegetable oil - 20 gram

How to cook deliciously - Oat sticks

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, salt and pepper. Add the diced softened butter and milk. Add grated cheese.

2. Stage

Knead the dough with your hands, adding more milk if necessary.

3. Stage

On a powdery surface, roll out the dough into a 4mm rectangle and cut into strips 1 cm wide.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and, if necessary, grease with vegetable oil.

5. Stage

Spread the sticks on a baking sheet and bake in an oven heated to 190 C for 11 minutes until golden brown.
