Ingredients for - Orange Chicken

1. 1 large egg -
2. 1/3 cup orange juice -
3. 1 to 1-1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed -
4. 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika -
5. 1 tablespoon grated orange zest -
6. 1 teaspoon salt -
7. 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves -
8. 6 tablespoons butter, melted -
9. Orange slices, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Orange Chicken

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a shallow bowl, beat egg and orange juice. In another bowl, combine stuffing mix, paprika, orange zest and salt.

2. Stage

Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in crumbs, turning to coat well. Pour butter into a 13x9-in. baking dish. Place chicken in baking dish, turning once to butter both sides.

3. Stage

Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°. If desired, garnish with orange slices.
