2. Butter beans - drained, rinsed, and patted dry - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Garlic, peeled and smashed - 2 cloves
4. Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs
5. Red pepper flakes, or more to taste - 1 pinch
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
7. White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add beans; cook and stir until slightly golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Stir in garlic, rosemary, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and continue cooking until crispy, about 5 minutes. Discard garlic and stir in vinegar.
