1. Bone-in, skinless chicken thighs - 2 ½ pounds
2. Baby red potatoes - 1 ½ pounds
3. Cherry tomatoes - 1 pint
4. Pesto - ½ cup
5. Water - 2 tablespoons
6. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 teaspoons

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Combine chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, pesto, water, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large roasting pan; mix well.
