1. Fusilli pasta - 7 ounces
2. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
3. Shallot, minced - 1 small
4. Oil-cured black olives, drained - 2 ounces
5. Sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped - 2 ounces
6. Capers in brine, drained - 1 ounce
7. Tuna in water, drained - 1 (3 ounce) can
8. Grated Pecorino Romano cheese - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Pantry Find Pasta for Two

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet and saute shallot until soft and translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Add olives, chopped tomatoes, and capers. Mix well and remove from heat.
