1. 3 large pickles -
2. 1/4 c. mayonnaise -
3. 1 tbsp. ketchup -
4. 1 tbsp. relish -
5. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -
6. 1/4 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced -
7. 3 slices Swiss cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Pickle Reubens

1. Stage

Slice pickles in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, make sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and Worcestershire sauce.

3. Stage

Spread sauce on a pickle half. Top with corned beef and a slice of cheese. Top with the other pickle half and secure with a toothpick, if desired. Repeat with the other pickles and ingredients. Serve.
