2. 2 large organic plum tomatoes -
3. 1 c. grated organic mozzarella or crumbled feta -
4. 2 pinch organic garlic salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1 pinch organic dried oregano (or fresh when available) -
7. Organic olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Pita Pizza

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Stage

Open pita pockets by cutting around the perimeter; you'll end up with two circles from each pita. Place the circles on a baking sheet and sprinkle the surface of the bread with chopped tomatoes. Scatter the mozzarella, sprinkle the salt, pepper, and oregano, and finish with a drizzle of oil on each piece.

3. Stage

Bake until cheese is melted and slightly golden around the edges.
