1. 8 cups baby arugula -
2. 1/3 cup olive oil -
3. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar -
4. 6 thin slices prosciutto, torn into strips -
5. 3 small red pears, sliced -
6. 8 ounces burrata cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces -
7. 3 tablespoons capers, drained -
8. Coarsely ground pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Prosciutto, Pear & Burrata Salad

1. Stage

Place arugula in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar; toss to coat. Transfer to 1 large or 6 individual serving bowls. Top with prosciutto, pears, burrata and capers. Sprinkle with pepper. If desired, serve with additional oil and vinegar.
