2. 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms -
3. 1 medium sweet red pepper, diced -

7. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce -
8. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar -
9. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
10. 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot -
11. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
12. 8 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves -

How to cook deliciously - Hoisin Turkey Lettuce Wraps

1. Stage

In a large skillet, cook the turkey with vegetables in sesame oil over medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking up meat into crumbles. Stir in hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic; cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve in lettuce leaves.
