Ingredients for - Quinoa Fried Rice

1. 1 c. quinoa, rinsed -
2. Kosher salt -
3. 1 tbsp. sesame oil, plus more for serving -
4. 1 large onion, diced -
5. 1 large carrot, peeled and diced -
6. 1 1/2 c. frozen peas -
7. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
8. 2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce -
9. 3 large eggs, whisked -
10. Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish  -

How to cook deliciously - Quinoa Fried Rice

1. Stage

Stir in cooked quinoa and let heat through, 3 minutes.

Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions.
