2. Condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
3. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
4. Dry sherry - ⅓ cup
5. Onion soup mix - 1 envelope

1. Stage

Cut chuck roast in half; place in slow cooker. Combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sherry, and soup mix in a bowl; pour over roast.
