Ingredients for - Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

1. Fresh tomatillos, husks removed - 1 pound
2. Sweet onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices - ½ large
3. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
4. Diced green chiles - 1 (4 ounce) can
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
8. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. Stage

Cook tomatillos and onion on the preheated grill until lightly charred, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let cool, about 10 minutes; roughly chop and place into a medium bowl.

Add diced tomatoes to the bowl and mix. Stir in chiles, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin; blend well.
