2. Chopped multi-colored bell peppers 1 cup
3. Garlic, chopped 3 cloves
4. Extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste 2 tablespoons
5. Balsamic glaze 1 tablespoon
6. Basil, chopped 6 leaves
7. Burrata cheese, sliced 8 ounces

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; toss to coat.
