1. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 (10 ounce) basket
2. Chopped multi-colored bell peppers - 1 cup
3. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
4. Extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
5. Balsamic glaze - 1 tablespoon
6. Basil, chopped - 6 leaves
7. Burrata cheese, sliced - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Veggie Salad With Burrata

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stage

Combine tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; toss to coat.

Roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and transfer back to the bowl, stirring in basil while veggies are still warm.
