1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
4. Pinto beans, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
5. Whole peeled tomatoes, broken apart by hand - 1 (28 ounce) can
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Tomato soup (Optional) - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
9. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
10. Italian seasoning - 2 tablespoons
11. Garlic salt - 2 teaspoons
12. Cracked black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
13. Beer - 4 fluid ounces

How to cook deliciously - Pretty Easy Chili

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, onion, and garlic in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker.

Stir pinto beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato soup into beef mixture.

3. Stage

Mix chili powder, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper together in a bowl; stir into beef mixture. Add beer.
