Ingredients for - RumChata Marinated Shrimp

1. Raw jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 pound
2. Wooden skewers 8
3. Rum cream liqueur (such as RumChata®) ¼ cup
4. Chicken seasoning (such as McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken®), or to taste 2 tablespoons
5. Cooking spray 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - RumChata Marinated Shrimp

1 . Stage

Thread shrimp on wooden skewers. Place in a container and cover with rum cream liqueur. Let marinate in the refrigerator, 3 to 4 hours.

2 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

3 . Stage

Pour out rum cream liqueur. Sprinkle chicken seasoning over shrimp. Spray with cooking spray.

4 . Stage

Grill until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes per side.
