How to cook deliciously - Salad Special
1. Stage
Grate carrots on a special grater, put them in a container and pour water with sugar, add grated garlic. Let stand for 30-40 minutes. During this time, the carrots will give juice and become friends with the garlic.
2. Stage
While the carrots are resting in the pan, let's deal with spices. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and fry the onion in it (I cut the onion coarsely, with the skin), garlic (2-3) cloves, coriander, cardamom (2 beans), a mixture of peppers and, of course, red pepper. Fry until the oil gets a nice golden color.
3. Stage
Drain the liquid from the carrots, leaving a little (200 ml). Add salt to the carrots, strain through a sieve the "golden special" oil and add a glass of drained liquid. Stir and add vinegar. You can add 1 tsp. mustard. Stir, taste... Is it good? Very tasty, but let stand for 24 hours (minimum) in the refrigerator and you'll see how the taste of the salad will unfold.
