How to cook deliciously - Pork a la Stroganoff
1. Stage
Wash, dry and cut the meat into thin strips.
2. Stage
Roast over high heat, stirring constantly until all the liquid evaporates. Place the meat in a separate bowl.
3. Stage
In the same pan, fry the sliced mushrooms and onions.
4. Stage
Roast for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add flour and mix quickly.

Add broth (water) and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
6. Stage
Return the roasted meat to the gravy. Add sour cream. Bring back to a boil, turn down the heat and stew until the meat is ready.
7. Stage
When the meat is ready, add finely chopped pickles.
8. Stage
Add mustard. Bring to a boil. Turn it off. Done!
