2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
3. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese -
4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -
5. 1/4 teaspoon dill weed -

How to cook deliciously - Salmon with Dijon Mayonnaise

1. Stage

Place the salmon skin side down on a greased broiler pan. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 10-16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
