1. 1-1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese -
2. 1/2 cup canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped -
3. 1/2 cup chopped green onions -
4. 1/2 cup chopped pitted green olives -
5. 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives -
6. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
7. 1/4 teaspoon curry powder -
8. 2 French bread baguettes (10-1/2 ounces each) -
9. Julienned green onions, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom and Olive Bruschetta

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cut each baguette into 24 slices; place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Top toasted baguette slices with cheese mixture. Bake until cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes. If desired, top with julienned green onions.
