2. Italian turkey sausages, casings removed - ½ pound
3. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
4. Chicken broth - 3 (14.5 ounce) cans
5. White beans, drained and rinsed - 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Turnip greens - 1 pound
7. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
10. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
11. Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
12. Bay leaf - 1

How to cook deliciously - Sausage, Bean, and Turnip Green Soup

1. Stage

Spray a stockpot with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly and onion is transparent, 5 to 7 minutes.

Add chicken broth, beans, turnip greens, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf; bring to a boil.
