Ingredients for - Raw Pasta Sauce

1. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
2. Chopped green bell pepper - ¼ cup
3. Chopped onion - ¼ cup
4. Lime juice - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
6. Sea salt - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Dried oregano - ⅛ teaspoon
8. Dried rosemary - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Raw Pasta Sauce

1. Stage

Puree tomatoes, including seeds and juice, in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a lidded 2-cup container.

2. Stage

Stir green bell pepper, onion, lime juice, garlic, sea salt, oregano, and rosemary into pureed tomatoes. Place lid on container and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
