1. All-purpose flour ¼ cup
2. Beef round steak, cut into strips 2 pounds
3. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
4. Cream of mushroom soup 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Cheddar cheese soup 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Onion, chopped ½ small
7. Chopped green bell pepper, or more to taste 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, minced 1 clove
9. Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
10. Browning sauce (such as Kitchen Bouquet®), or to taste ½ teaspoon
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Place flour into a bowl. Dredge round steak strips in flour to coat.

2 . Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat; brown strips of round steak in the hot oil, 7 to 8 minutes per side.

3 . Stage

Transfer beef strips to a slow cooker. Add cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and browning sauce; stir. Season mixture with salt and black pepper.

4 . Stage

Cook on High and cook for 4 hours.
