3. Ground venison - 1 pound
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
6. Red bell pepper, chopped - ½
7. Egg - 1
8. Garlic, chopped - 6 cloves
9. Paprika - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
11. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Blackened seasoning - 1 teaspoon
13. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Bring chicken broth and quinoa to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until quinoa is tender and broth has been absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes.
