1. Pork sausage 2 pounds
2. Buttermilk baking mix 1 ½ cups
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese 16 ounces
4. Diced onion ½ cup
5. Chopped celery ½ cup
6. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Sausage Cheese Balls

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Combine the sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, onion, celery and garlic powder. Mix well and form into 1 inch balls.

3 . Stage

Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
