Ingredients for - Beer Bread II

1. Self-rising flour - 3 cups
2. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
3. Beer - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
5. Canned green chile peppers, chopped - ¼ cup
6. Butter, melted - 6 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Beer Bread II

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, beer, cheese and chilies. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan; spread batter to evenly fill pan. Pour melted butter on top of loaf.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
