1. Light brown sugar - 2 cups
2. White sugar - 2 cups
3. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
4. Vegetable oil - 2 cups
5. Eggs - 4 large
6. All-purpose flour - 4 cups
7. Quick cooking oats - 1 ½ cups
8. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Cornflakes cereal - 4 cups
11. Chopped pecans (Optional) - 1 cup
12. Flaked coconut (Optional) - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Dishpan Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Cream brown sugar, white sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla together in a large bowl. Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in cornflakes, pecans, and coconut.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
