Ingredients for - Cranberry Salad with Jell-O®

1. Fresh cranberries - 3 cups
2. Water - 2 cups
3. White sugar - 2 cups
4. Cherry-flavored gelatin (such as JELL-O®) - 1 (6 ounce) package
5. Crushed pineapple - 2 cups
6. Diced pears - 2 cups
7. Pecans, or more to taste - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Salad with Jell-O®

1. Stage

Combine cranberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until berries are splitting open and tender, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

While cranberries cook, pour cherry-flavored gelatin mix into a casserole dish.

3. Stage

Pour cooked cranberry mixture over gelatin in the casserole dish and stir to dissolve and mix evenly. Place in the refrigerator until gelatin is set, about 1 hour.

4. Stage

Add pineapple, pears, and pecans. Stir and serve.
