1. Red potatoes, cut into cubes - 10
2. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
3. Real bacon bits - ¾ cup
4. Red onion, chopped - 1 small
5. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
6. Chicken bouillon granules - 2 tablespoons
7. Ranch dressing mix - 1 tablespoon
8. Dried parsley - 2 teaspoons
9. Seasoned salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
11. Water - 3 cups
12. Half-and-half - 1 cup
13. Shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste - ½ cup
14. Chopped green onion, or to taste - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Put potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker crock. Scatter flour over the potatoes; toss to coat.

2. Stage

Scatter bacon bits, red onion, garlic, chicken bouillon, ranch dressing mix, parsley, seasoned salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.

Pour water into the slow cooker.
