Ingredients for - Sausage, Peppers, & Onions

1. 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar -
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
4. 2 tsp. dried oregano -
5. 1 tsp. crushed red pepper -
6. 3 bell peppers, sliced -
7. 1 large yellow onion, sliced -
8. Kosher salt  -
9. Freshly ground black pepper -
10. 6 sweet or hot Italian sausages, sliced into quarters -
11. 1/4 c. freshly sliced basil -

How to cook deliciously - Sausage, Peppers, & Onions

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, and red pepper. Add peppers and onions to the bowl and toss to coat in oil mixture. Pour into 9”-x-13" pan. Scatter sausage pieces on top of vegetables.

2. Stage

Bake until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked through, 40 to 45 minutes.

Top with basil and serve hot.
