1. 3-1/3 cups all-purpose flour -
2. 2 cups sugar -
3. 1 cup baking cocoa -
4. 2 teaspoons baking soda -
5. 1 teaspoon salt -
6. 2 cups buttermilk -
7. 1 cup butter, melted -
8. 2 eggs, lightly beaten -
9. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract -
10. 30 milk chocolate kisses -
11. 1 can (16 ounces) fudge frosting -

How to cook deliciously - Secret Kiss Cupcakes

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Combine the buttermilk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients until blended.

2. Stage

Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cupcake until batter completely covers candy.

3. Stage

Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cakes comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Frost cupcakes.
