1. 6 medium carrots -
2. 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted -
3. 1/2 cup sunflower kernels, toasted -
4. 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted -
5. 1/2 cup golden raisins -
6. Dressing: -
7. 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise -
8. 1/4 cup lemon juice -
9. 1/4 cup olive oil -
10. 2 tablespoons honey mustard -
11. 1/2 teaspoon salt -

How to cook deliciously - Sesame, Sunflower and Carrot Salad

1. Stage

Shred carrots with a hand grater or in a food processor fitted with grating attachment. Place shredded carrots in a large bowl with next 4 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until blended. Pour dressing over carrot mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
