Ingredients for - Sesame Vinaigrette

1. 2 clove garlic -
2. 1 piece fresh ginger -
3. 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar -
4. 1/4 c. cider vinegar -
5. 1/4 c. tahini -
6. 2 tbsp. soy sauce -
7. 2 tbsp. honey -
8. 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper -
9. 1/4 tsp. salt -
10. 1 c. canola oil -
11. 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil -
12. 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Sesame Vinaigrette

1. Stage

In a food processor with metal blade attached, mince garlic and ginger. Add rice wine and cider vinegars, tahini, soy sauce, honey, pepper and salt. Process until smooth. With motor running, slowly drizzle in canola and sesame oils. Stir in cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until serving, up to 1 week. Stir before using.
