1. Cooked salad shrimp - 1 cup
2. Chopped fresh chives - 2 tablespoons
3. Mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
4. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
5. Chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt to taste - 2 tablespoons
7. Avocados, halved lengthwise and pitted - 2
8. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Bibb lettuce leaves - 1 tablespoon
10. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
11. Sliced pimento peppers, for garnish - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp and Avocado Salad

1. Stage

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, chives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce. Season with salt.

2. Stage

Mound the shrimp mixture into avocado halves, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place avocado halves on Bibb lettuce leaves that have been dusted with paprika. Garnish with strips of pimento to serve.
