4. Minced garlic - 2 cloves
5. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons

7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
10. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
11. Water - ⅓ cup

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes. Add venison and cook until crumbly, about 8 minutes.
