2. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour -
3. 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard -
4. Dash ground nutmeg -
5. 1/4 cup half-and-half cream -
6. 1/4 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer -
7. French bread cubes -

How to cook deliciously - Simple Swiss Cheese Fondue

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the cheese, flour, mustard and nutmeg. In a small saucepan, heat cream and beer over medium heat until bubbles form around side of pan. Stir in cheese mixture. Bring just to a gentle boil; cook and stir until combined and smooth, 1-2 minutes.

Transfer to a small fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with bread cubes.
