1. 3 lb. beef brisket -
2. 1 small white onion, sliced -
3. 2 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled -
4. 2 c. low sodium chicken stock -
5. 2 sprigs fresh thyme -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Brisket

1. Stage

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low, or until brisket is completely tender. 

2. Stage

Remove from slow cooker to slice. Serve with jus.
