1. 1 15-oz. can chili con carne -
3. 1 c. shredded Mexican cheese -
5. 1/3 c. lager beer -
6. Few dashes hot sauce -
8. 12 oz. Macaroni -
10. Fresh cilantro, for garnish (Optional) -
How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Chili Mac 'n Cheese Dip
1. Stage
In a small slow-cooker, combine chili, onion, cheese, cream cheese, beer, and hot sauce and heat, covered, on high, 1 hour.
2. Stage
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season generously with salt and add macaroni. Cook until al dente, 2 minutes, then drain.
3. Stage
When ready to serve dip, add macaroni and stir until combined.

Garnish with sour cream and cilantro (if using) and serve with tortilla chips.
