Ingredients for - Smoked Salmon Mousse

1. Smoked salmon - 4 ounces
2. Heavy cream - 2 tablespoons
3. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Lemon, juiced - ½
5. Dried dill weed to taste - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
7. Salmon roe - 1 ounce

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Salmon Mousse

1. Stage

Place smoked salmon in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Mix in heavy cream, cream cheese, juice of half of a lemon, dried dill weed, salt and pepper. Blend to desired consistency. Transfer to a medium serving dish, and garnish with salmon roe.
