2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 cup
4. Marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered ½ (6 ounce) jar
5. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes 2 tablespoons
6. Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
