2. Pitted sour cherries, drained 3 (15 ounce) cans
3. Quick-cooking tapioca 3 tablespoons
4. White sugar 1 ½ cups
5. Almond extract ¼ teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
