Ingredients for - Sour Cream Noodle Bake

1. Wide egg noodles - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
3. Butter - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
6. Garlic salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Tomato sauce - 1 cup
8. Cottage cheese, creamed - 1 cup
9. Sour cream - 1 cup
10. Chopped green onions - 1 cup
11. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sour Cream Noodle Bake

1. Stage

Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Rinse in cold water and drain.

2. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

3. Stage

Brown meat in butter; add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, meat sauce and noodles. Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese

4. Stage

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
