1. Whole kernel corn - 2 (11 ounce) cans
2. Cream-style corn - 1 (11 ounce) can
3. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers - 1 (10 ounce) can
4. Dry corn muffin mix - 1 (8.5 ounce) package
5. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
7. Onion, diced - 1 small
8. Egg - 1 large
9. Salt - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Southwest Corn Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan or a large covered casserole dish.

2. Stage

Combine both types of corn, tomatoes, corn muffin mix, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion, egg, and salt in a very large bowl and mix well. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until firm in the center, about 50 minutes.
